SPECIAL PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY USE

THE NEWBERRY CITY COMMISSION OF NEWBERRY, FLORIDA, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that, pursuant to the City of Newberry Land Development Regulations, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Land Development Regulations, objections, recommendations and comments concerning an application for a special permit for a temporary use as described below, will be heard by the City Commission of the City of Newberry, Florida, at a public hearing on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the City Commission Meeting Room, City Hall, located at 25440 West Newberry Road, Newberry, Florida.
