CONCERNING A REQUEST FOR A

THE NEWBERRY CITY COMMISSION OF NEWBERRY, FLORIDA, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that, pursuant to the City of Newberry Land Development Regulations, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Land Development Regulations, objections, recommendations and comments concerning an application for a special permit for a temporary use as described below, will be heard by the City Commission of the City of Newberry, Florida, at a public hearing on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., The hearing will be conducted as an in person and virtual public meeting, as permitted by Florida Governors Executive Order No. 2020-69.
