ALACHUA – A family insurance business with longstanding ties to Alachua marked a new chapter Sept. 9 as the Greg Bradley Agency – Allstate Insurance celebrated its downtown location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The Alachua Chamber of Commerce joined representatives of the City of Alachua, community members and the agency’s staff for the ceremony at 14850 Main Street.
The new office occupies a corner location in downtown Alachua, giving the agency a prominent presence along Main Street.
For owner Greg Bradley, the business also continues a family connection to the insurance industry in Alachua. Bradley’s parents opened the first Allstate agency in the community, and he is continuing that tradition as the second generation of the family in the business.
The Chamber organized the ribbon cutting to formally welcome the agency and its team to the downtown business community.
“Welcome to the Good Life Community, Greg and team!” the Chamber said. “We are so excited for you and wish you many years of success!”
The ceremony brought together Chamber members, city representatives and residents to recognize the opening and the Bradley family’s continued involvement in Alachua’s business community.
