Property, Crime, Casualty & Liability Insurance Program Public Officials & Employment Practices Liability Insurance Program Workers Compensation Insurance Coverage

The City of High Springs, Florida seeks to obtain proposals for Property and Casualty Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance for a one (1) year term with two optional one (1) years extensions, upon mutual consent of the parties, with a maximum period of three years including the extensions. The City will accept proposals to provide all services but reserves the right to separate the Property and Casualty coverage from Workers Compensation coverage. Insurance firms licensed in the state of Florida with expertise in these areas are invited to submit a proposal.

Request for Proposal packages can be obtained from: City of High Springs Finance Department, City Hall, 110 NW 1st Ave., High Springs, FL. 32643,; telephone(386)454-1416 Ext 7; email hjacques@highsprings.us . The RFP is available by mail or electronically by email.

An original and eight (8) copies of the proposal are to be returned in a sealed envelope to the attention of the City Manager, located on the second floor, High Springs City Hall, 110 N.W. 1st Avenue, High Springs, Florida 32643, no later than 4:00 P.M., August 15, 2013.
