Registration Program for Vacant/Foreclosed Real Properties

The City Of High Springs (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals to enter into a professional services contract to develop, implement and manage a secured web-based system to register foreclosed and vacant properties, both improved and unimproved and to collect property registration fees. At present, the City has properties that will be required to be registered under the program.

Proposals must be received by 3:00 pm, Tuesday, June 30, 3015. Any proposal received after the deadline, whether by mail or otherwise will be returned unopened. The time of receipt shall be determined by the time clock located in the City Clerk's Office. Proposals shall be placed in a sealed envelope, marked in the lower left-hand corner with RFP - PROPERTY REGISTRATION.
