NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WALDO, FLORIDA
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Waldo will consider the following ordinance for second and final reading on August 11, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at the Yerkes Center, 14245 Cole Street, Waldo, Florida.
All interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WALDO, FLORIDA, EXTENDING ITS CONSENT FOR THE ENTIRE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WALDO, FLORIDA, TO BE INCLUDED IN A NON AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT FOR A MUNICIPAL SERVICE BENEFIT UNIT CREATED BY ALACHUA COUNTY FOR THE PROVISION OF SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT COSTS; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection at City Hall, 14655 Kennard Street, Waldo, Florida, during regular business hours.
