Newberry Vacant Property Registry Program

The City of Newberry is soliciting bids from qualified planning consulting firms to revise the Citys Comprehensive Plan. The City wishes to contract with a firm to implement the Citys vacant property registry ordinance. Scope of work will include establishing a vacant property registration program, implementing and maintaining the registry program, including collection of registration fees, and other associated activities.

The City of Newberry reserves the right to accept such Bids as is deemed to be in the best interests of the City, to waive informalities, or to reject any or all Bids.
