CDBG 15 NR WATER MAIN REPLACEMENTS

CITY OF HIGH SPRINGS, FLORIDA

Sealed BIDS will be received by the City of High Springs, Florida at the office of the City Manager, City Hall, 110 NW 1st Avenue, High Springs, Florida 32643 until 2:00 p.m. local time on January 7, 2016 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals and taxes to furnish and install approximately 11,700 LF of conventionally installed 6-inch PVC water main; 900 LF of fusible PVC water main directionally drilled; valves; fittings; fire hydrants; connections to existing water mains; reconnection to existing water services; and associated restoration.

In order to be considered, Bidders must have prior successful experience as a licensed general or utility contractor in water distribution system construction in accordance with the requirements contained in the Instructions to Bidders.

Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, digital and printed Bidding Documents will be sent via UPS Ground. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
