AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF MICANOPY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER 45 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES REGARDING OCCUPATIONAL TAXES; ADDING SECTIONS 45-2 AND 45-3 TO ESTABLISH DUE DATES AND PROVIDE FOR ENFORCEMENT; REPEALING ALL PRIOR ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE CODE OF ORDINANCES AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The Town Commission shall conduct public hearings to consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 2016-02, Ordinance No. 2016-03, Ordinance No. 2016-04, Ordinance No. 2016-06, Ordinance No. 2016-07, Ordinance No. 2016-09, and Ordinance No. 2016-10 which hearing will be held at the following time and location, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the:

All interested persons may appear to be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinances. The public hearing may be continued to one or more future dates.
