CONCERNING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE CITY OF ARCHER LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF ARCHER, FLORIDA, SERVING ALSO AS THE LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF ARCHER, FLORIDA, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 163.3161 through 163.3248, Florida Statutes, as amended, and the City of Archer Land Development Code, as amended, objections, recommendations and comments concerning an amendment, as described below, will be heard by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Archer, Florida, serving also as the Local Planning Agency of the City of Archer, Florida, at a public hearing on August 31, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard. LDC 21-01 is an application by the City Commission to amend the text of the Land Development Code by amending Section 2.01 entitled Definitions by adding a definition for manufactured home and changing the definition of mobile home and modular home; amending Section 15.03 entitled Residential Districts by deleting the references to mobile homes and adding multifamily residences to the description of primary designed accommodations of the Residential-3 (R-3) zoning district; amending a portion of Section 16.09 entitled Table of Permitted Uses, Residential, Item Number 1.3 by adding manufactured homes as a permitted use in the Agricultural, Residential-1 (R-1), Residential-2 (R-2) and Residential-3 (R-3) zoning districts and adding mobile homes as a permitted use within the Residential-2 (R-2) zoning district; amending a portion of Section 21.07 entitled Table of Parking Requirements, Residential, Item Number 1.3 by adding parking requirements for manufactured homes; amending Section 21.70.7b.(4)(b)i.1 entitled Wireless Telecommunications Towers and Antennas, Conditional Use Permit, Towers, Separation Distances Between Towers by adding manufacture homes to the separations requirements for a conditional use permit for wireless telecommunications towers and antennas; and amending Section 21.71 entitled Accessory Dwelling Unit Design Standards by deleting the reference to lots located in Residential-1 (R-1) or Residential-3 (R-3) zoning district.

BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF ARCHER, FLORIDA, SERVING ALSO AS THE LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF ARCHER, FLORIDA, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 163.3161 through 163.3248, Florida Statutes, as amended, and the City of Archer Land Development Code, as amended, objections, recommendations and comments concerning an amendment, as described below, will be heard by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Archer, Florida, serving also as the Local Planning Agency of the City of Archer, Florida, at a public hearing on August 31, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard. LDC 21-01 is an application by the City Commission to amend the text of the Land Development Code by amending Section 2.01 entitled Definitions by adding a definition for manufactured home and changing the definition of mobile home and modular home; amending Section 15.03 entitled Residential Districts by deleting the references to mobile homes and adding multifamily residences to the description of primary designed accommodations of the Residential-3 (R-3) zoning district; amending a portion of Section 16.09 entitled Table of Permitted Uses, Residential, Item Number 1.3 by adding manufactured homes as a permitted use in the Agricultural, Residential-1 (R-1), Residential-2 (R-2) and Residential-3 (R-3) zoning districts and adding mobile homes as a permitted use within the Residential-2 (R-2) zoning district; amending a portion of Section 21.07 entitled Table of Parking Requirements, Residential, Item Number 1.3 by adding parking requirements for manufactured homes; amending Section 21.70.7b.(4)(b)i.1 entitled Wireless Telecommunications Towers and Antennas, Conditional Use Permit, Towers, Separation Distances Between Towers by adding manufacture homes to the separations requirements for a conditional use permit for wireless telecommunications towers and antennas; and amending Section 21.71 entitled Accessory Dwelling Unit Design Standards by deleting the reference to lots located in Residential-1 (R-1) or Residential-3 (R-3) zoning district.
