SERVICES FOR WATER METER SYSTEM REPLACEMENT

Interested parties may submit an RFP with Qualifications for an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Full-Service Implementation and Maintenance Program in order to improve the process of collecting monthly water utility meter data to enhance the level of service offered to customers. The AMI Full-Service Program will be implemented system wide in a short time frame, in order to maximize the benefits of the system. Interested parties are to submit qualifications for a turnkey deployment of approximately 3,000 metered accounts, followed by an ongoing maintenance program with field labor that includes network, AMI endpoints, and software maintenance as well as full, service data hosting and delivery to the city. Sealed Bids, for the following tree trimming, will be received and accepted by the Town of LaCrosse, Florida until Tuesday, December 14, 2021 ending at 6 pm. The bids will be opened and read aloud on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at the regular town council meeting starting at 6 pm. . All bidders must attend a pre-bid tour to be held on Friday, November 19, 2021 at 9am. Bidders will meet at the Town Hall, 20613 N SR 121, LaCrosse, Florida. The Town of LaCrosse is requesting tree trimming bids for: 1. All trees to be trimmed along local streets and the interconnecting highways of SR 121, SR 235 and CR 1493, within the corporate limits, from city limit sign to city limit sign, to a minimum height of 15 feet. 2. If 15 feet is insufficient to clear any streetlight along any local street or along any interconnecting highway, the trimming height must be adjusted to clear the streetlight. 3. All brushy overgrowth along local streets and interconnecting highways must be trimmed back to clear the right of way. 4. All trimmings must be removed and disposed of in a landfill or other authorized receiving area. 5. All bids are to be sealed and are required to contain a current certificate of liability insurance of at least $300,00 and proof of workers compensation. 6. Any bid not containing the required proof of liability insurance or proof of workers compensation will not be read and will not be considered. 7.
