Five years’ experience in performing and/or managing accounting and finance operations, preferably in the public sector. Service Worker I - Public Works/Sewer Department This is a full-time position involving utilities maintenance, primarily in wastewater. Work consists of semi-skilled and skilled repair and maintenance of the City's low-pressure sewer collection system. Utilities personnel are subject to call back and are required to rotate on-call standby duty. HS diploma or GED; valid Fl DL required; and FL CDL class B required within 12 months of hire date. Experience in water and/or sewer utilities preferred. (Salary: 13.50- $15.00 hourly, plus benefits) Accountant II – Finance Full-time position responsible for applying principles of accounting to record, analyze, and monitor financial operations of the City of High Springs. In this role, the Accountant assists the Finance Director with overseeing the daily accounting functions and records. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting required.
