Having reviewed the Motion and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court Orders as follows:

1. Plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.’s Second Motion for Extension of Time to Serve Defendant, Nobuaki J. Watay, and For Leave to Serve by Publication [ECF No. 13] is hereby GRANTED.
2. The deadline to serve Defendant, Nobuaki J. Watay, with process is hereby extended by 90 additional days.
3. Mr. Watay is ordered to appear in this cause and plead to the complaint on or before June 17, 2024, and in default thereof, the Court will proceed to the hearing and adjudication of this cause before the Court in the same manner as if Mr. Watay had been served with process within Florida.
