The Gainesville Housing Authority (GHA) is accepting proposals to award up to 80 Project Based Vouchers (PBV in order to preserve the affordability of housing in the community and encourage the construction of new affordable housing units.
GHA will accept proposals which address the affordable housing needs of very low-income families (incomes at or below 50% of the median income as published by HUD)
RFP 2024-14 Project-Based Vouchers
Proposals for new construction will be accepted. Priority will be given to high ranking projects in accordance with the review and ranking criteria.
Interested parties may go online to electronically download RFP 2024-14 documents. Documents are available at https://network.demandstar.com to respond to RFP 2024-14 Project Based Vouchers.
The application due date is 4:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, October 15, 2024. All applications received at 4:00 p.m. EDT or prior will be publicly opened and read at the GHA’s main office located at 1900 SE 4th Street, Gainesville, FL 32641.

Request for Project Based Vouchers
The Gainesville Housing Authority (GHA) is accepting proposals to award up to 80 Project Based Vouchers (PBV in order to preserve the affordability of housing in the community and encourage the construction of new affordable housing units.
GHA will accept proposals which address the affordable housing needs of very low-income families (incomes at or below 50% of the median income as published by HUD)
RFP 2024-14 Project-Based Vouchers
Proposals for new construction will be accepted. Priority will be given to high ranking projects in accordance with the review and ranking criteria.
Interested parties may go online to electronically download RFP 2024-14 documents. Documents are available at https://network.demandstar.com to respond to RFP 2024-14 Project Based Vouchers.
The application due date is 4:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, October 15, 2024. All applications received at 4:00 p.m. EDT or prior will be publicly opened and read at the GHA’s main office located at 1900 SE 4th Street, Gainesville, FL 32641.
