FIRE STATION HVAC REPLACEMENT
The City of High Springs seeks Request for Proposals from State of Florida licensed and insured HVAC contractors for the replacement of one existing HVAC split system, associated ductwork, and controls to improve building humidity control and ventilation, including incidental electrical power, roofing, and general trades scopes of work, as shown on the attached Construction Documents dated 12/03/2024. Contractors with experience working in critical facilities such as Fire/EMS stations, police stations, emergency operations centers, and/or hospitals are preferred.

The City of High Springs seeks Request for Proposals from State of Florida licensed and insured HVAC contractors for the replacement of one existing HVAC split system, associated ductwork, and controls to improve building humidity control and ventilation, including incidental electrical power, roofing, and general trades scopes of work, as shown on the attached Construction Documents dated 12/03/2024. Contractors with experience working in critical facilities such as Fire/EMS stations, police stations, emergency operations centers, and/or hospitals are preferred.

NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, as amended, that the ordinance, which title hereinafter appears, will be considered for enactment by the Town Commission of the Town of Micanopy, Florida, on February 11, 2025 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard in the Town Hall located at 706 Northeast Cholokka Boulevard, Micanopy. At the aforementioned public hearing all interested parties may be heard with respect to the ordinance. The complete legal description of the area to be annexed, as well as a copy of the ordinance, can be obtained from the Office of the Town Administrator/Clerk, Town Hall located at 706 Northeast Cholokka Boulevard, Micanopy, Florida, during regular business hours.
Ordinance No. 2025-01, Petition No. ANX 25-01, by Town Commission, provides for the voluntary annexation of a parcel of land contiguous to the boundaries of the Town of Micanopy, Florida, as shown on the location map below. The area to be annexed is located in Section 11, Township 25 South, Range 20 East, Alachua County, Florida. The area to be annexed consists of 5.59 acres, more or less.
