TO THE TOWN OF LACROSSE
LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LACROSSE, FLORIDA, SERVING AS THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF LACROSSE, FLORIDA AND THE LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF LACROSSE, FLORIDA, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 163.3161 through 163.3248, Florida Statutes, as amended, and the Town of LaCrosse Land Development Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the Land Development Regulations, comments, objections and recommendations concerning an amendment, as described below, will be heard by the Town Council of the Town of LaCrosse, Florida, serving as the Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of LaCrosse, Florida, and the Local Planning Agency of the Town of LaCrosse, Florida, at a public hearing on April 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Town Council Meeting Hall, Town Hall, located at 20613 North State Road 121, LaCrosse, Florida.
LDR 25-01, an application by the Town Council, to amend the text of the Land Development Regulations by amending Section 4.5 entitled “RSF” Residential, Single Family by establishing two zoning districts RSF-1 and RSF-2; by amending Section 4.6 entitled “RSF/MH” Residential, (Mixed) Single Family/Mobile by establishing two zoning districts RSF/MH-1 and RSF/MH-2; and by amending Section 4.7 entitled “RMH” Residential, Mobile Home by establishing two zoning districts RMH-1 and RMH-2.
At the aforementioned public hearing, all interested parties may appear to be heard with respect to the amendment.
Copies of the amendment are available for public inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, located at 20613 North State Road 121, LaCrosse, Florida, during regular business hours.
All persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at the above referenced public hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

NOTICE OF ZONING CHANGE

The Town Council of the Town of LaCrosse, Florida, proposes to regulate the use of land within the area as shown on the map below by amending the text of the Town of LaCrosse Land Development Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the Land Development Regulations as follows:
