The time for filing an election to take an elective share may be extended as provided in the Florida Probate Rules.
Under certain circumstances and by failing to contest the will, the recipient of the notice of\ administration may be waiving his or her right to contest the validity of a trust or other writing incorporated by reference into a will.

The City is proposing to pave approximately 2,300 LF of existing streets: NW 4 Avenue, from NW 255 Street to NW 257 Street; NW 5 Avenue, from NW 255 Street to NW 257 Street; NW 255 Street from NW 2 Avenue to NW 6 Avenue and wastewater collection/transmission to include 350 linear feet of gravity pipe and 120 linear feet of pvc laterals, any necessary risers for manhole adjustments and will provide for replaced driveway aprons and drainage, as necessary.
In addition, the City is proposing an estimated 2,000 LF of new sidewalks adjacent to the streets proposed for paving: NW 4 Avenue, from NW 255 Street to NW 257 Street; NW 5 Avenue, from NW 255 Street to NW 257 Street; and NW 255 Street from NW 2 Avenue to NW 6 Avenue. The City of Newberry does not expect that anyone will be displaced as a result of CDBG-funded activities. If any persons are displaced as a result of the planned activities, the City of Newberry will assist them as described in the City’s anti-displacement and relocation policy, which is available for review at City Hall.
