Geraldine Cook

Ms. Geraldine Cook, 67, homemaker and life long resident of Fort White, passed away, Thursday, October 4, 2012 at her home.  She was born September 24, 1945 to Eugene Cooks Sr. and the late Lestee McHenry Cook. She attended school in Columbia County.  She was a member of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Ft. White.

Ms. Cook was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, family member and friend. She will be missed by her children, Arthur Daniel, Jr., Robert Daniels, Tony Daniels, Arlene Gaddy, Shirley Cooks, all of Gainesville; Anthony Cook and Shawn Daniels both of Fort White; Father, Eugene Cook, Sr. of Fort White; eight sisters and brothers, Mary (Limmie) Campbell, Melvese (Famon, Sr.) Dunbar, Alice (Terry, Sr.) Calloway, Debbie(James) Jones, Eugene Cook, Jr., James Cook all of Fort White; Gwendolyn Hall of Fayetteville, NC and Fred Cook of Jacksonville; 24 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.

Funeral services for Ms. Cook will be held Saturday, October 13, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Ft. White, Rev. Donnell Sanders, Pastor. Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Viewing will be one hour prior to funeral service at the church. Arrangements entrusted to A.
