  1. Weed-eat around the town hall, fire station, fences, sign posts, light poles, decorative trees, and/or bridge stanchions, including the town entrance signs located on SR 121 at each end of town and ditches surrounding each sign.
  2. All obstructive debris preventing mowing will be picked up before mowing.
  3. Grass is not to be cut too short as to damage the roots.
  4. Mowing to be done during daylight hours.
  5. M o n t h s of November through March (5 months): a. As specified above except frequency will be once per month.

CITY OF NEWBERRY

LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS

THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF NEWBERRY, FLORIDA, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that, pursuant to the City of Newberry Land Development Regulations, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Land Development Regulations, objections, recommendations and comments concerning a variance application as described below, will be heard by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Newberry, Florida, at a public hearing on Monday, February 3, 2020 immediately following the Historic Architectural Review Board meeting which starts at 6:00 p.m., in the City Commission Meeting Room, City Hall, located at 25440 West Newberry Road, Newberry, Florida. Subsequent to the Planning and Zoning Boards recommendation to the Board of Adjustment, the date, time, and place of the Board of Adjustment Public Hearing shall be announced at the time said recommendation is made by the Planning and Zoning Board; no further public notice shall be provided for these items.

Application V 20-01 a petition by Ellen and Richard Potts, Owners, for a variance to the Newberry Town Center Planned Development (PD) Zoning District minimum setback requirements to allow a reduction in the rear yard setback from a minimum 10 to a minimum 6.5 on lot 32 (approximately .2 acre) in Country Way of Newberry Phase I, located at 24820 SW 19th Place. The purpose of the request is to allow an existing aluminum patio cover to extend 3.5 over an existing concrete patio within the rear yard setback.

The public hearing may be continued to one or more future dates. Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time and place of any continuation of the public hearings shall be announced during the public hearing and that no further notice concerning the matter will be published, unless said continuation exceeds six calendar weeks from the date of the above referenced public hearing.
