Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Finley Woods Community Development District (District) will hold a regular meeting and public hearing (Meeting) of the Board of Supervisors on May 21, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to be conducted by telephonic or video conferencing communications media technology pursuant to Executive Orders 20-52, 20-69 and 20-112 issued by Governor DeSantis on March 9, 2020, March 20, 2020 and April 29, 2020, respectively (Executive Orders), any extensions or supplements thereof, and pursuant to Section 120.54(5)(b)2., Florida Statutes.   If the Executive Orders are not extended and the Board is required to meet in person for quorum requirements or otherwise conditions allow the Meeting to occur in person, the Meeting will be held at the Offices of Tommy Williams Homes located at 2563 SW 87th Drive, Suite 10, Gainesville, FL 32608.
