The public is hereby notified that, due to the COVID-19 social distancing requirements, the Planning and Zoning Board, serving also as the Local Planning Agency, will conduct virtual public hearings on May 27, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matters can be heard, through the use of telephonic conferencing and in accordance with emergency meeting protocols and procedures and shall not be conducted in person at the City Commission Chamber, City Hall.
