THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF NEWBERRY, FLORIDA, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that, pursuant to the City of Newberry Land Development Regulations, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Land Development Regulations, objections, recommendations and comments concerning variance applications as described below, will be heard by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Newberry, Florida, at a public hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., The hearings will be conducted utilizing Zoom communications media technology (CMT) or may be viewed live on the Citys YouTube channel, as authorized by gubernatorial Executive Order 20-69. FINLEY WOODS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING AND REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING

The Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Finley Woods Community Development District (District) will hold an Audit Committee meeting and regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on September 17, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Offices of Tommy Williams Homes located at 2563 SW 87th Drive, Suite 10, Gainesville, FL 32608. The Audit Committee will review, discuss and establish the minimum qualifications and evaluation criteria that the District will use to solicit audit services. The regular Board meeting will take place at the conclusion of the Audit Committee meeting, where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it.
