Notice is hereby given that the City Commission for the City of Newberry, Florida will hold a public meeting on April 10, 2023, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be at City Hall, 25440 W Newberry Rd, Newberry, FL 32669, for the purpose of considering the approval of the proposed City of Newberry Water Facility Plan. This public meeting will include a discussion of the Water Facilities Plan and the financial impact on system users. The hearing is intended to afford the opportunity to individuals to be heard on the economic and social effects of the location, design, and environmen​tal impact of the water system improvemen​ts.

A portion of the funding for this project is anticipated to come from the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program. Financial impacts on utility users will be presented at the public meeting.

Reports, documents, and data relevant to the discussion are available for public review at Newberry City Hall.

Other business related to the facilities plan may come before the Commission to be addressed. All interested people are invited to attend and be heard.
