NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed Ordinance for a voluntary annexation request to the City of Waldo, which title hereinafter appears, will be considered for first reading of the Ordinance on April 11, 2023, and for final reading and enactment on May 9, 2023, at the City Commission meeting starting at 7:00 p.m. All meetings will be held at the Waldo City Square, 14450 NE 148 Avenue, Waldo, Florida. A copy of said Ordinance may be inspected by any member of the public at the Office of the City Manager in the above stated address. If a person or entity decides to appeal any decision made by the City of Waldo City Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, said individual or entity will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purpose, the individual or entity may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. A copy of this ordinance is available at the Waldo City Office located within the City Square Complex.
